People in the office lack empathy & professionalism. Who ever is answering the phones needs to be terminated.Nursing staff was excellent. Used them for 3 years. Only use them if you know how to call companies and get stuff done. They are the worst to deal with, never return calls ect.

I have received excellent care. KC provided me with a doctor, nurse, aid, physical therapist and occupation therapist . They even had an x-ray team come to my house. All the personnel were professional, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. KC hired the very best. I would use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to everyone.

A big thank you to KCs home health therapy team! I went to see a client of theirs today and they were extremely impressed by this home health. They are being taken care of by a team of therapists who have been working together to help the patient meet their home health therapy goals. They have gone out of their way as a team to set up a home health therapy board in the home with exercises for the patient to do in between visits and have been communicating outcomes and goals together to best help this patient. Very awesome to see a team of professionals work closely together to help a patient reach their personal goals. Thanks for the compassionate and caring work you are doing KCs!!!

My 87 year old mother had knee surgery and needed additional care.  From the very start, Trevor who did the intake paperwork was very professional and handled my mom with compassion. He explained what would take place over the next few weeks and helped to chart a plan for her care.  The next person we met was Linda, the skilled nurse who again was very professional and helped my mother with a few issues we were having. Then Megan, the OT stopped by and again we were impressed with the level of care. Next up Erika dropped by, another skilled nurse who went above and beyond.  My mom was having an issue and Erika called several times to make sure she was ok and when the issue was resolved, she shared in our joy!!  Hats off to all.  Your staff is amazing and I'm so glad we picked you for her care.  Thank you.
