Not only do we love our Encanta Home but we continue to have a relationship with its builder. I am very impressed with how Encanta Homes runs their business.
About a year after purchase, we were told by the City that we had a problem with a water leak on our side of the property and would be responsible for the repair. We reached out to a local plumbing company and were quoted an exorbitant amount to fix the problem. The estimate required a two day process of trenching our yard and replacing pipes. We were dumbfounded.
My husband decided to reach out to Encanta to see if they had experienced something like this before with a new build. They not only had one of their staff members look at our leak the same day but identified the problem right away. They advised that it was a corroded plug that needed to be replaced at the meter box. A VERY small repair in comparison to the insane estimate we had received from the previous plumber. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!
Encanta even went on to replace the piece and told us if we run into an issue again with our home to reach out to them first. Encanta Homes has integrity and alleviated a lot of stress for us even though we were not new home buyers anymore. It is rare to find a company that provides customer service and cares about the integrity of their product after the fact. I cant thank Encanta Homes enough. Highly recommended.
