Corey Richter is the owner and he is a superb builder. We did not actually build our home with him; we purchased it finished. He has fixed every issue that we have had, and there have not been many, in a timely and perfect manner. He always responds to our questions too. We have never lived in a new house and it has been wonderful to live in our home built by Corey.
