        Had handgrips and slip-ons installed on my Sportster. John did a great job taking care of me, as did Yvette in parts. Very professional installation, and they cleaned my bike for me so it looks great. I know other riders who live elsewhere and take their Harleys to HD of Scottsdale because of the quality of the service.

        John in the service department was amazing to work with. He got me in for service on a small issue I was having with breaks. He not only dealt with me fairly on pricing but he went the extra mile with my break Issue. The techs were scratching their heads on this issue but they refused to give up and found the problem. It was a rattling from a side arm bag that I installed improperly. I was thrilled and thankful These guys are honest and trustworthy. There was nothing wrong with my bike in the end. The service department here really cares about their customers and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs. I will be back
