I utilized the online check- in feature which was very convenient. I was greeted at the 64th St & Greenway salon by Tamara who promptly directed me to her station. I had specific instructions regarding hair length & styling. Tamara was very attentive & she accommodated my request with meticulous attention. She was congenial without being intrusive. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life of getting haircuts. The older lady with Grey hair (didn't even get her name I was so displeased) should not be working in any customer service environment. Treated me poorly from the moment she called my name for the cut. Once I was in the chair she asked if we were doing a 4 again. In which I responded I'm not sure I've never been here before. She then proceeded to argue with me on the fact I have??? She finally asked me what I wanted in a gruff manner and I said short on the sides and back with a little cut off the top. She then said, "so like a 0 or 2"? Mind you her tone is like she is angry at me this whole time. I said I don't know what a 0 or 2 is (I'm not a haircut specialist). Long story short after my 5 minute haircut if that she then ran to the computer to check me out I decided to not give her a tip for the bad service and I'm sure she knew as she handed me the receipt and didn't even look or speak to me after I still said thank you. As a business owner this is not how you keep customers as I will never in my life go to a great clips again even if others are better as the experience has already been ruined.
