        Stood at Deli counter for 5 minutes this morning at 7 am, while the two employees behind it tried very hard to avoid eye contact with me. When I finally spoke up and asked if they could make me a sandwich, they both eagerly pointed to the pre made sandwich area. No, I would like a grilled sandwich, please. As they both looked down and muttered, the one woman, who was slicing bulk meat for the day, whispered, ok...and shook her head. As I did not wish a disgruntled employee making me a sandwich, I ordered the ham and cheese so I could make my own! 20 minutes and 25 dollars later, I had all the ingredients for my "quick" breakfast sandwich. I used to shop at this Fry's at least once a week. I'll now be giving all my business to SAFEWAY, who makes a delicious grilled ham and cheese panini, with a smile on their face.

        Very disappointing when you're standing at the deli (even grabbed a number) with no other customers waiting ahead of you & you still get ignored by 3 deli associates behind the counter. Great customer service 😒
