Was able to receive same day service. Technician comes to you. Just make sure you have an outlet for them to use and the entire process took less than an hour. Would recommend to anyone for quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Service: Auto side window replacement

I scheduled an appointment with this company to have my windshield replaced on my 1993 Nissan 240SX for April 1st between 11-1. Nobody showed up, nobody called. Nothing. I called the number and was told they had forgotten to put me on the schedule. Nope, not an April Gool's joke. No apology for wasting my Saturday, just asked me to pick another day. This company has no customer service skills. They are apparently incompetent and unable to apologize for their mistakes. I would not recommend them for anything. Great company to work with; very friendly people. Right from the phone call to start with to the repair things went smooth. I sent them pictures of my chip and they said it was repairable and it was.
