FUEGO / ATTIC SALT

Ive always loved shopping here! The manger was especially kind and helping! They helped me pick out an outfit as a gift for my teenage daughter. I would recommend Attic Salt in fashion square to anyone!

Zero stars! This use to be such a fun store. I loved shopping here with my granddaughter! The staff was friendly and fun but not anymore! The last two times I have been in shopping the store manager has been extremely rude to her customers. She verbally berates them. She either has anger management issues or she is mentally unstable. I hope corporate changes the manager soon or they will lose business! They have lost mine!

If I could give -1 stars I would. Ive worked in customer service for over 6 years and have never encountered what I did today. My friend and I were looking at the loungefly bags in Attic Salt, and I opened one to look inside, but I guess I didnt close it completely when I put it back on the shelf. The female employee proceeded to start yelling at me in front of everyone for not putting it back picture perfect like it was. I have never been talked to like that in my life nor would I ever think of talking to a customer that was looking to buy something like that. I could have yelled back at her but I proceeded to be the bigger person and just quietly leave the store. Never will shop at the Scottsdale location again.

The manager of this store is extremely unprofessional. I worked retail for years and have never encountered such a rude person! She is verbally abusive to the patrons! I watched in horror as she accused someone of stealing and literally pushed them out of the store. They were only shopping! If she is verbally abusive to her clients I can only imagine how she must treat her staff! I will never buy from the Fashion Square Attic Salt store again! Sad!
