Tried to call to inquire about a new Retail TI project. Was rude to me on the phone and hung up on me. Not sure if they want new business.

AVOID AT ANY COST! We had the worst possible experience with the dispatcher or estimator; but a terrific experience with Freeman Wilson the man who did the job. We needed one kitchen cabinet drawer’s hardware replaced. I called ARC and they insisted on sending someone to give me an estimate - even though it was such a very, very small job. The estimator came and told us it would be $75 for the cabinet. While he was there, we asked how much it might be to replace our gas cooktop, if we decided to do so. $400 was given as that estimate. We signed up for the drawer and told him the cooktop was something we wanted to think about. Lie #1. He further insisted on getting an email address so he could send us a written, formal estimate. We were happy to hear that but it never came. Lie #2. He told us the drawer repair would be the next day between 10am and noon. At 12:30pm we called wondering where they were and the estimator lied, saying that he told us between noon and 2pm. Lie #3. Freeman showed up just before 2:00pm and completed the drawer job in about an hour. I told him I’d get a check for the $75 and his face turned pale. He showed me that, on his cellphone, he was told to collect $475! Of course, no one in their right mind would pay $475 for an hour’s work to fix one drawer ... especially after being told it was $75. We called the office and could not have been treated more rudely - ending with the estimator screaming “f#%# you” over and over. We paid $250 to get one drawer back on its tracks and we only did so because Freeman was so good - and so we could be done with this company forever. We would never use these people again for anything. We feel sorry for good people stuck working for them. There are too many other good companies out there to get caught up with these guys. Top notch, what else can I say they did everything they promised and more. I would definitely recommend them
