He truly cares about the patient. He has been in the GI field over 50 years. Spends a lot of time with the patient and goes out of his way to research other medical conditions that may be contributing to the medical problems he is working with you on. He's very thorough. He follows up quickly with phone calls even on weekends with test results, etc. A personal touch not seen in this technology era!
