Doug, an employee of theirs has come to my house twice now. This guy needs to go back to Customer Service training school. He has NO customer interaction skills. For example, I would ask him a simple yes/no question and he would respond with something that did not address my query at all..... repeatedly. Then I pointed that out to him and he still did not provide me with a reply that addressed my question. He has one very limited script and he simply presses play when it is his turn to talk - repeating the same accurate, but completely irrelevant statements. That is not the kind of person that any corp. would want representing them with their customers.

Great job by desert garage door company!!! They came within 2 hours and got the job done in less that 45 minutes. I will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent Service, highly knowledgeable, fantastic price! I am so thankful for the great service that Ram gave us on our garage door. He answered the call right away and was able to schedule my appointment that same day. He identified the problem quicly and offered a very affordable option that was just what we needed.
