Interesting items and sometimes a good prices. Lately we seem to buy more from CB2 than CB1.

Dealt with Lauren over the telephone regarding a piece of furniture for sale (she was an absolute delight, efficient, thorough & friendly) and then dealt in-person with a manager, Alfred inside the store when purchasing & picking up the item I spoke by phone with Lauren about. Alfred was equally as kind, professional, informative, helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with. He is excellent at his job. Both Alfred & Lauren at store #71 ( Scottsdale Quarter) are a definite credit to your organization! Couldnt of asked for a better shopping experience with both of them in Scottsdale. Very pleased with them and the purchase. Will definitely return. Thanks for everything CB2 & Lauren & Alfred!

The in store experience was pleasant but everything after that moment has been terrible. We scheduled a date to pick up our item at their wearhouse, and after we checked in, we waited at the pick up zone over 40 minutes before we eneded walking into the warehouse to find someone to help us. The staff were hanging out chatting and didn't even acknowledge our presence until we interrupted them asking for help. They were visually annoyed by us and only one of group got up to help with the multiple items we had. My husband ended us helping load them into our truck. We eneded up having to return one of the items. The company wouldn't allow us to schedule a drop off date sooner than two weeks out from when we contacted them. After the item was dropped off, I never received the refund. I called the company and they told me the refund was never started becuase the warehouse never closed the order. I had to call the warehouse to have the order closed, and now have to wait another two weeks for the refund. There were no apologies and nothing was offered to help expedite the process. It will now be 6 weeks to get my refund for an item I don't have. Ikea has better customer service than this company.

FURNITURE EXCHANGE: Well, well Im VERY surprised that CB2 exchanged 2 velvet Russet Channelled swivel chairs recently after many calls to customer service about the poor quality of the fabric along with pictures showing small tears in the fabric & permanent demarcations. After many attempts to reach an exchange of furniture it wasnt until I mentioned Tucson designer, Laurel Starzel, Design Co. Whom I hired to work with me to furnish our new home in Dove Mt. area. Im sure she is a valued customer to CB2 since she recommended many of CB2s products to furnish our home & Im sure many of her clients homes as well. Sadly Laurel was not an assertive advocate for me but encouraged me to follow up on this situation with CB2. If I were a professional designer I would choose to NOT order furnishings from CB2 & especially custom orders. It took much longer to receive than promised & at original delivery they sent the wrong sofa then said we would have to wait an additional 3 months before they receive the right sofa. We canceled & ordered from another reputable furniture co. Received our beautiful leather sofa within days. Laurel, I still say reconsider a stronger, reliable furniture company to work with in order to avoid unhappy clients. Sincerely, just read the many poor reviews.
