I filled out an online form which was ignored by my investment advisor and I was asked again the same questions. I felt totally disrespected that I would be asked the same questions twice. This is not the way to start out a relationship. it was explained to me that Trajan wealth was not a good fit and I totally agree. What I do for fun is outside the realm of investment advice.

I recently moved my retirement portfolio over to Trajan Wealth and am very happy with the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude of all the staff that I have interacted with. My advisor, Christopher Johnson, has been fantastic to work with and I am really glad to have him as a fiduciary looking out for me and my family's well being.

My advisor was dishonest and sold me a product that was nothing we agreed on. Would not invest a dollar with Trajan Wealth. Just a follow up to my earlier review regarding Trajan wealth business practices I spoke with the person in charge of compliance at Trajan wealth. We discussed the role of a fiduciary, and he said he was very much aware of what fiduciary means. However, when I discussed a discrepancy in what my Trajan Wealth agent and I agreed to and what I received was very different. The compliance director was very blunt and told me We have your signature Fiduciary is a legally defined term. Fiduciaries are expected to exercise a duty of care and a duty of loyalty to clients, and as a result, are held to the highest standard of conduct. Fiduciaries have a bond of trust with another person (called the beneficiary or principal) and have a legal obligation to act for the beneficiarys benefit not their own. Clearly not in my case. There are a lot of TRUE fiduciaries in the Scottsdale area.

They tell you what you want to hear to sign up, then their "business model" will change after you are their client and everything promised to sell you simply no longer exists. When calling with a question or concern, I had to speak with someone different each time, in Arizona, though we were promised a local broker would handle all our needs. Each new representative in Arizona knew nothing about our accounts, and it was like starting over every time. Once received call from Trajan representative wanting me take "the rest" of my MRD but was actually the money Trajan withheld to pay my tax on the distribution. Shouldn't have to protect myself from errors like this! Save yourself a lot of worry and look elsewhere for competent money management. Trajan Wealth doesn't delivery as promised.
