My sister has an account with this company and they been holding on to her money and won't allow her to get out any cash at all but the account keeps getting lower as this time goes by and still she can't pull out her money so please don't ever go here with your hard earned money

HORRIBLE!  I am in shock at what I went through with this broker!!  Disrespectful, rude and according to several of my friends that I spoke to that are brokers she doesn't seem to realize she is working for me not the other way around.  At one point when I told her I was uncomfortable with something that she had done her response was "how dare you". Well this ended up in a shouting match between the two of us!  I was in complete shock that someone would treat a customer that way.  Zero respect or proper customer service!  When the new regulations came out, I was presented with Edward Jones' "new" way of handling client fees.  She not only acted like they were going to be much better for me (in no way were they!) but she would not give me a copy of what she was presenting to me stating she was not allowed to give it out!!  I left that meeting feeling that the whole ordeal was shady and that it was obvious that she was not looking out for my best interests.She also had complete disrespect for my time.  Knowing that I am a business owner and was working 7 days a week, I was told (on several occasions) that I was required to come in and talk to her.  I told her on the phone that I did not see anything in my account that needed to be changed and that I did not have the time to come into her office.  I kept receiving call after call telling me I had to come in and finally was left I message stating it was "mandatory" that I came in.  This once again caused a fight between her and I.  I made it very clear to her that if I found out that was not something that I was required to do, that it would be the end of our relationship and that I would be filing a complaint.   I asked for some kind of proof that I was to do this and got no answer or information regarding this.  I found out that this is fact was not a requirement for me to do.  Knowing that I was ready to get rid of her, she then passed me on to another broker.
