If this doctor practices medicine like her office staff you are in big trouble. Office manager will not call back or provide medical billing for which they have been paid for.

Went in today with a sinus infection and they call me in a prescription. No problem great so far. I went home and went to bed, and missed a call from the practice. That is when it went downhill. The office manager thought I didn't pay enough on my co-pay so they called the pharmacy and revoked my prescription until he collected more money. Not sure if that is legal holding a prescription hostage. I paid the additional money and asked to be called back. When I asked about holding the prescription hostage he hung up on me. It is ALL about money for them!!

The office is very poorly ran and Dr Williams wont give a copy of my medical records because she knows I will be going to another doctor but it okay they probably wont be able to understand the notes anyway. She seems to be only concerned about getting paid.

I don't even want to do one star this is the worst clinic I have ever been to it use to be great now I would never recommend anyone to go there not even my worst enemy's
