His prompt response to my sister's call at midnight to arrange an early morning appointment and his calm and collected demeanor is commendable. Dr. Bickle's willingness to accommodate me on short notice, his calm demeanor during a potentially distressing situation, and his persistence in finding a solution for my medical needs are all commendable traits that make him an exceptional doctor.
