Sullivan Shawn M DO

Shawn Sullivan is the GOAT of general practitioners. He knows his stuff. He wont put you on a drug because thats the common practice he will make decisions based on empirical evidence of what works. He knows the mechanism of action and the statistics to back it up. He knows your insurance, what will be covered, what works for your specific scenario and will strike the best balance for you. This is what you imagine a doctor should be like. Not to mention Jen and the rest of the staff are incredibly welcoming and the clinic is a nice peaceful place to be.

Dr. Sullivan is an amazing doctor!! He talks with me honestly and gives me peace of mind. He's an excellent Family doctor and has helped my family in more ways than I can count. He also has a fantastic staff and team!

I walked in for my 94 yr. Old Mothers 1st appointment with Dr. Sullivan. We were met with a front desk woman that could not have been more rude! She first started out by telling us we do not have a appointment and then looked up my Mother by her birthdate and tells me she canceled her appointment. I let her know that that was not possible as I had made the appointment myself not my Mother. She then proceeded to tell me that the Dr. had to leave for a family emergency. This went on to her then telling us that my Mothers insurance has a different primary care Dr. Then Dr. Sullivan listed on the insurance so we need to change that before she can be seen. I then said why did you schedule the appointment then? She refused to call the insurance company even though there was no one else in the office. It was a really shocking experience! I can understand why the office appears to be a ghost town. Dr. You need a new front office person!!!

Had him as my PCP Was recently in Alaska and forgot to pack my insulin left multiple messages to get a refill in Juneau. No call back. Then, upon our return I needed another refill of a glucose monitor. Sullivans office never responded to the pharmacy. Im switching doctors
