Called to make an appointment for an eye exam as a new patient. Had questions about cost and insurance. The automated system immediatly sent me to "hold" with music playing after pushing option 1 to make an appointment, I held for 10 minutes only to have the automated system come back on and say "we are now closed" I work for an oral surgeon and have trouble understanding the non-customer service that is the new waive of medical care. A live person should answer the phone for starters. 2nd, the website clearly states they are open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Mondays. I called at 3:50 pm...where is everybody?Will get a different eye Dr. with a nice receptionist that answers the phone as well as some questions that a new patient would have...something I'v done for our patients for many years!
