Horrible horrible planing! Ruined what was supposed to be the best day of our lives. if you want to learn from our mistake DONT WORK WITH THEM.

Simply Elegant is responsive at first and gives a good product. We talked and brainstormed a lot in the beginning and I felt good, but in the end and working with my other vendors, I feel that customer service wasn't the greatest. They were not very flexible during COVID and do not offer any refunds on the deposit. I tried to negotiate this after I paid the deposit of which they refused. I understand times are tough, but every other vendor at the time had adjusted and had some sort of refund, so I just wanted to at least ask. But after doing this I felt like the communication and service declined. Leading up to the wedding we had to initiate all communication with them and eventually they stopped responding to me and only responded to my now husband. We also were told by the venue that we had to add more tables than we originally planned due to COVID. After several emails and trying to plan accordingly for this, we found out from them last minute we would have to pay even more on top of everything. We eventually opted to make our own centerpieces for the extra tables we needed. It was very stressful and I was worried the vision wouldnt be there and we wouldnt have flowers. Ultimately we did get what we paid for and it looked nice but because we didnt communicate in the end, napkins that we ordered were the wrong color because it wasn't written down in the contract what I wanted. Maybe if we had reviewed it together and communicated more with me at the end it would have been better. The pictures in the reviews that you see are accurate and they are able to provide a quality product to you, but I'm not sure it's worth it for the customer service, especially since you pay top dollar. I also wonder why even after I started planning in June 2020 until now there are still the same 5 Google reviews. Makes me think maybe others had the same experience?

We cannot thank Julie and her team enough for the beautiful work they did on our wedding! We hired them for floral and decor for two ceremonies on the same weekend, a typical western ceremony and a South Indian one. This would have been an overwhelming task alone, but they handled it with professionalism and ease. We had the challenge of building a mandap, or marriage stage and altar, from scratch. They did an excellent job executing our vision and blending it in to our contemporary venue! It was magical to view and to get married in. On those days full of nerves and big emotions, I remember feeling completely peaceful and happy when I saw their work. They gave us such beautiful memories to look back on, and I am so grateful they were a part of our wedding.

Simply Elegant has wedding planners that are exactly what brides dream of! Callie & Julie were absolutely incredible to work with. They saved me so many hours in research because of their years of experience with a variety of vendors in Arizona. They listened to all my detailed requests and helped me stay within my budget. I also used them for our floral and was in awe of how beautiful everything turned out! They do not skimp on quality and they each had beautiful ideas I never would have thought of on my own. Their experience and professionalism was incredible, and they truly helped the flow of events on our wedding day go smoother than I could have ever asked. They take time to really get to know you and care about you as a person too, not just a customer. You will love them!
