    My technician was David. I needed an old indoor roller blind removed and replaced with a new one and also needed some drywall repair around the window and at the seam where the ceiling and wall meet. He was very personable and explained the materials he was using and how he would complete the project. I also like the confirmation texts prior and confirmation text day of service which includes a picture. The work actually came in below the estimate. The estimate was based on pictures I uploaded. So, I guess it wasn't as bad as it looked. Lol.

    Like a lot of reviews. Complete lack of professionalism. They hung a tarp canopy over our backdoor and chose to use flimsy string, and even tied two pieces of string together because it wasnt long enough. Pictures attached. It sagged so bad the next day we couldnt even open our backdoor. Jennifer said that was normal lol. Within three days the canopy completely fell. It took them two weeks to come out again. They then lied about how long it would take to fix it when I tried to work with them, wont use them just based on shady business ethics. Use a different company that knows what theyre doing.

    Response crew was fairly easy to work with. The repairman arrived on time and eventually made the necessary repair. I removed a couple stars because initially I thought it was convenient to send photos of the job and receive a quote via email. But, when the repairman arrived, he did not have the proper materials to complete the job. He left and went to Home Depot. I was not aware of this, but since they charge by the hour, you are being charged for their trip to Home Depot to get supplies. Again, I am satisfied with the work completed, but I would not use them again. This could be resolved by doing an in person estimate of the job, this way, the repairman knows exactly what supplies are needed and can arrive ready to work, not running up the charges with a trip to purchase supplies.     I scheduled to have two very heavy lights hung. I sent them the light I wanted hung, a picture of the area I wanted them hung and how heavy they were. Two handymen showed up and had no clue what they were getting themselves into and instead of saying they wouldnt be able to do it, they did a hack job. Not only that, but they never actually got our second light hung during the time/rate we agreed on and left us with an unfinished job. We ended up calling Parker and Sons to come do the second light and they told us the handymen screwed up the first light to the point where a drywall repair would not have been possible. Ive asked for a partial refund because we ended up having to pay Parker and Sons to fix their work. After giving all information and the invoice from Parker and sons which says the previous work was done incorrectly no refund, terrible management, and now Im out $400+ Service: Installation

    Im so happy that I found this company! Ive used other handyman services in the past and have had negative experiences so I was skeptical at first. My email request for a service quote was answered within 10 minutes on a weekend. On Monday I was scheduled 4 days later. Brandon arrived on time and finished all of the quoted services, plus one I sprung on him after he arrived, in less time (and less cost) than anticipated. Brandon, and Response Crew, are professional, courteous, skilled, and now my first call for any home issue I run into! 10/10 and would recommend to anyone! Thank you again Brandon! Thank you for your feedback and honesty. First off let me start by apologizing for the miss communication and misunderstanding regarding material sourcing. Our trucks are stocked to handle most basic maintenance work without going to a supply store. When the work is of a more specific nature, like repairing a door jamb, we buy the material specific for the work on hand. We never upcharge material, we simply ask to get reimburse. While some companies upcharge the cost of material to cover expenses we charge for the time spend scorching. I hope you accept our apology and that we did not cause any hardship. I am glad to hear that you are happy with the quality of the work and booking process.
