I left a message last Friday for someone to call me. We have an automated shade covering two 10' glass sliders that isn't working. It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard from anyone. Not too happy. I'm beginning to think I should call someone else. What does it take to just call back to acknowledge the call?

Was unwilling to come to the house to provide an estimate to move a light switch and a couple Outlets. easily found three other companies on Yelp that were willing to come over and give a free estimate.

Needing a new electrician in Fountain Hills as burnt a few times since moving West, we called Scottsdale electric and left message.  Not knowing we had a GFCI at landscape lighting transformer box, I got the box wet and lights wouldn't come on.  Thought shorted box out.  Wayne came and all I needed to have done was reset button.  He explained it all to me and checked timer box out too.  Charge:  NOTHING...."Call me when you need something fixed or installed"....a first in my 72 years.  What a gem we have in having Wayne in Fountain Hills.
