I brought two white suit jackets in for cleaning. One had a pen mark (a line) on the front and the other one had make up around the collar. The jacket with the pen mark had been cleaned once before. And the other jacket had never been cleaned. These are new jackets that I wear for work. My jackets were at this cleaners for a week when I picked them up I examined the jackets. The pen mark from the jacket had transferred to the back of the jacket and they had the other jacket hanging behind it, which caused transfer of the ink to the other jacket. I brought this to their attention, and they acted like they didnt know anything about it. There was a woman and a man that I was talking with. they said that they tried to clean it many times but then they wanted to keep trying to clean it. I said it had already been here a week and if they had tried to clean it multiple times what would be the point in me leaving it since they didnt get it right the first time. The man did take it back and was working on the jacket that initially had the pen mark. But the other jacket, which only had a little make up on the collar now has ink on it also. The lady was quite irrational and raised for voice. After she checked the cameras, she gave me a refund for the cleaning services which I requested. In her irrational behavior she also said I was threatening her, which I only said if they couldnt make this right and give me a refund then I would write a review online. I have since asked for compensation to replace my two jackets. The conversation went in circles, and she said she would not do this. My jackets came back to me in worse condition than they went in. I need these items replaced and its very simple. Ive tried to get help from them before writing this review. It has been 2 weeks.

Your jacket already had a blue stain on its sleeve and there were so many stains. One was that the cosmetic stain disappeared during dry cleaning, and instead, the blue stain moved from your other white jacket to the jacket. We had to wash the clothes of other customers again due to your blue stain. When you came to pick up, you said the clothes were not clean and asked for a refund on both sets. When we said we would try again, you said no need. If we don't give a refund, you will give a bad review on all social media like yelp google etc.We said we would do our best, but when we asked for that, we refunded all the money, and you said thank you and picked up the clothes. But two weeks later, you suddenly asked to buy a new jacket because you couldn't wear it.you aksed new one, and we said no. Eventually, you got a refund and posted reviews here and there. We already solved it as you wanted two weeks ago, so there is nothing more we can do

I love Diamond Cleaners! I have been coming here for a few years now. They are always efficient and friendly. Emily is amazing she knows everyone by name as soon as they walk in the door. I have always used them for dry cleaning, but just recently brought them some items for tailoring and the process was super easy. I highly recommend Diamond Cleaners!

H~this is not altration shopWe can provide cleaning service sameday but we send them out for all alterations and I don't know any cleaners can do same day alteration so I can't give you answer who can do same day alteration We didn't mention same day alteration service on web site alsoI feel sorry for that I can't give you answer
