Evergreen Dry Cleaners

I took in a king size bed coverlet for cleaning and it came back shrunken 5" total for all sides. This was an expensive coverlet and the cleaners are not providing any reimbursement for replacement and it has gone on for several weeks. They have been very unresponsive ,and I am getting the runaround!!!!!! Would not take anything else there at least at this point until restitution has been made. Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

The cleaning was very satisfactory however, I am not convinced they are a clean healthy dry cleaner that does NOT use PERK a chemical often used in dry cleaning. Even though I have asked when I go to the location whether they are indeed a clean dry cleaner, I do not come away with the sense as to whether the company uses PERK. Usually a dry cleaner who uses healthy practices makes it known in signage outside or inside the store.
