We decided to try out FurBabies to board our two female huskies over Christmas solely based on its proximity to our apartment. We have previously boarded them at paw commons and camp bow wow over the years with no issues. We went in today for a temperament test and the environment was less than welcoming. Heather spent less than five minutes in the back with our dogs and deemed one of them aggressive because she got nervous when the other dogs got close to her face and her hair stood up. When asked if she was kept on a leash the whole time, she said well yes because she doesnt have a collar and isnt going to just let her go with the other dogs. Heather seemed super nervous and just completely uneducated on how dogs get acquainted and interact. Both of our huskies have been professionally trained and we have never had an issue. While this place seems to have all the frills, it is certainly not a place that has an understanding of dogs or dog behavior.
