NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Ever since 4C took over, the office management is terrible! I’m told I can no longer request a phone conversation with Dr Baniriah, even with questions to decide when to make my appointment. They have new rules and all patients will be treated the same. “NO EXCEPTIONS” I have to make an appointment to speak with her. Since I’ve been out of my medications for two weeks , some needing approval, I agreed. But then I’m told she’s busy for two weeks! I can’t believe how downhill this clinic has gone. It was always professional and ran much smoother before. If they don’t get their act together, I’ll be forced to find a new PCP, even though I’ve had a good patient/doctor relationship. I’ve stayed with the same doctors as long as possible, to build trust-both ways. I want all my physicians communicating with transparency so there won’t be such fear of being audited for writing controlled scripts, which I’ll need to take for the rest of my life. I hate to start all over with a new PCP. But I won’t be treated as a number with a dollar sign behind it. Medical care physicians already have lost being allowed to care for their patients as individuals with individual care with situations, as they feel is necessary. Companies are dictating to Medical Care too much of what they can and cannot do for their patients, when they know nothing of the patient’s need or the long standing doctor/patient relationship.

I was sent to Dr Matin since I needed surgery for my gallbladder and did not have a primary physician any longer and symptoms took me out of work Dr Matin helped with other issues to eliminate symptoms of possible other issues as my surgeon had suggested to me I feel very comfortable in Dr Matins care even though he is a new doctor to me... (And there was a delay in prescriptions and sent to a different pharmacy) but other than that really happy that I'm under his care while I'm undergoing this kind of pain and discomfort before surgery for my gallbladder Dr Matin also made sure I had an EKG and blood work before surgery ...So my surgeon can wave a pre-op thank you so much. Awesome family practice physician. Organized, good bedside manner, straightforward, sympathetic, and shows genuine care for his patients. I only began seeing him relatively recently after being recommended by my girlfriend. I am very pleased I switched!
