        Doctor Moussa operated on the torn meniscus in my left knee in December of 2023. I was very impressed with Dr. Moussa and the staff at the North Valley Surgical Center In Scottsdale. I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Moussa and his excellent staff.

        Dr. Moussa is a caring physician who always takes the conservative route. I appreciate that he discusses my care plan with me and his office is always professional and speedy. He is a great doctor and it is a great office with caring people.

        I do not recommend care with Dr Frank Moussa. He is never on time. He heavily books his schedule. I received care from him for 2+ years and the only option he provided me was quarterly injections in 6 different joints. Then told me to fuse my ankle bones together. He refused to replace my knees because of my BMI. Dr Moussa I feel will not provide appropriate healthcare to you if your BMI is over 35.0. It takes me 3 hours to earn just my copay. I expressed my frustration with his tardiness and did not respect how this affected my finances or my stress and anxiety it created every visit. Dr Frank Moussa took a pledge TO DO NO HARM He has created financial debt, emotional turmoil, and my medical situation is still taking over my life. Do Not Hesitate to go to Scottsdale Orthopedic Shea Campus. The Office Staff and all other doctors/surgeons have been amazing. I still receive care there, but with a different provider. Please think twice before receiving care from Dr Frank Moussa.

        They really dont tell you about the post surgery pain lasting more than 3 years, ask a lot more questions than I did before you have knee replacements!

        I was very impressed with my entire experience. The receptionist was very friendly, the wait time was short and Dr Moussa spent time to make sure I understood what was going on. I had read a few reviews that said he didnt spend time with his patients, this was not my experience. He asked me several times if I had any questions and took time to answer in detail. I appreciated his time to make sure I understood my diagnosis
