        This doctor lacks professionalism and acts in an unethical manner. When I first began seeing her, I liked her but I quickly found out that if you questioned her or spoke up, her attitude or behavior towards you quickly changed. She failed to catch a serious health issue that was very apparent by the results of routine bloodwork, something that was caught by another doctor who was giving me a second opinion on a different health concern. This is unacceptable but I believe is the result of the failed Honor Health system, a system that lacks any honor. I would not recommend this doctor because she lacks professionalism and empathy and is downright unethical.

        I simply asked Dr Alteinza to give Smil an order for a mammogram that was overdue due to covid for 11/04/21 and she refused until i saw her first. I couldn’t get in to see her until 11/18 & simply asked her to allow me to keep my appointment being I already was so overdue & she refused. This exam certainly isnt a perquisite to see her first. This told me everything i needed to know about her concerns for my well being.
