        We love the gelatos here but the customer service experienced we had yesterday was horrible. She saw us walk in the door and got infront of the counter. Not a simple hi or how can I help you happened. She proceeded folding pizza boxes like she didn't see us. My husband didn't order anything because of it. (01/18/24 3:30s) For management that see this, she was wearing light blue button up dress shirt.

        Went on a Saturday at 11am and was gelatos good, but the girl at the counter had a terrible attitude. Left a bad impression. Wont be back
