All the staff are knowledgeable helpful and friendly! My hygienist Rona was so thorough in explaining what was going during my cleaning and what was going on with my teeth and Dr Abani agreed and explained to the T what I needed to have done. Ellie at the front desk was great and thoroughly explained my treatment and next treatment plan. I highly recommend Scottsdale Dental Studio.

My worst experience with cleaning my teeth 1. When I asked whether there would be ultrasonic cleaning, I was told that instruments are an art, and ultrasound is used by those who have not been taught how to use instruments and that it is only needed to break up strong dental plaque. Well, let's say this is so. Then why did I have black plaque on two of my teeth after cleaning with instruments? 2. I filled out a form in which they asked about wishes during the reception and gave a blanket as an example and I wrote it in. They didnt give me any blanket. Well, to hell with the blanket, they didnt even give me glasses. As a result, all the water and my drool flew onto my face and into my eyes. I wiped my face with my hands and they didnt even offer me a napkin. Are glasses no longer standard at the dentist?? 3. They didnt even clean the spaces between my teeth with floss. 4. All the patients were in sight, I was visible from the entrance area. When I turned my head through the glass wall I saw another patient who was having her teeth treated. No privacy! To be objective, Ill tell you the positive points: 1. I had a manual examination for cysts and other formations, which I had never had done before, perhaps other specialists used only instruments for this and did not comment on this in any way 2. I had a jaw clicking test done and it turned out to be a problem. I received a referral to another specialist. Overall the experience was very negative. I came out angry and in tears. I have never had such a terrible cleaning done before. I won't come there again! PS the teeth still became very sensitive after cleaning with instruments.
