The worst customer service I have ever seen from a dental practice. After seeing good reviews here I decided to give this dentistry a try. I set up my appointment and performed all the online info entry requested. On the day of my appointment I arrived at 1245 as requested as a new patient before a 100pm cleaning session. No one was at your front desk. Within a few minutes a man with a beard finally appeared. After copying my insurance card, he told me I could sit til called. Two other men arrived. No one was at the front desk and no one showed for over 5 minutes. Several people in scrubs passed through the entryway and didn't even acknowledge our existence. My appointment time of 100pm came and went. The other two men were called back for whatever provider and treatment. I was not. Ten minutes after my appointment time I went to the desk where a very large woman had sat down a few minutes prior. I told her my appointment had passed 10 minutes ago. She seemed to not care; so I told her I was leaving. She simply said "OK" and went back to looking down at her phone. I have never been treated so dehumanizingly by a dental office. I thought I'd try your office as one closer to my home. Now that I know how your office treats people, I'll stay with my provider farther away who at least appreciates me as a human and a customer.

Wow, let me tell you, this Office is absolutely incredible! I mean, hands-down, it's one of the best places I've ever been to. The staff? Amazing. The dentist Amazing. And you know what's even more amazing? They genuinely care about the patients. I can't stress enough how much I recommend this place.
