Scheduling is worse than pulling teeth. Dr. Graber himself is fine. But the scheduling is terrible. After paying $3000 I really would have expected better. I only went here because I was referred. I sincerely wish I went somewhere else. He really needs to find a new receptionist.

BEWARE: I activated my insurance and the receptionist on Wednesday told me she was too busy to check whether it went through but she would let me know by Friday?? I called Friday and she said she was TOO BUSY to check so maybe sometime next week she could check - I'M NOT THAT IMPORTANT I GUESS!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE!

Well on Wednesday I had asked them to verify my insurance was activated and that it would work for an appointment.  Receptionist said was too busy but would call by Friday; so I call back Friday and then she said she was too busy and wouldn't be able to call until mid next week - WHAT??? Obviously they don't want me to make an appointment - it's some of the worst customer service I've seen.  Moved to a different dentist.

Be wary.  I went in for an X-ray and cleaning.  I was given an estimate for a $1,500 out of pocket for a deep cleaning with antibiotics.  I left.
