I have been holding this in for 8 years of suffering at Dr. Lachot's inexcusable service and behavior . While suffering with severe pain he immediately put a crown on my tooth instead of a temporary. More $ for him as it's done in the office. I have since found out crowns that are sent to a lab are much better made. During this procedure he gave me many numbing shots . Little did I know this would be the beginning of my 8 year nightmare. Not only did I have excruciating pain after the crown which resulted in a root canal but it was the beginning of my GT, which is geographic tongue a 24/7 disease that has not let up. My life will never be the same. I never went back.

I was referred to Elevation Dental group after just moving back to the desert from New Jersey. The WORST thing about moving (in my opinion) is having to find brand new doctors. I showed up and was immediately greeted by Brenda, she was so polite and friendly I felt like I've known her for years! The office is super clean, well-organized, comfortable and has a home vibe, I didn't feel like I was at the dentist.I saw Laura and she is BY FAR the most amazing hygienist I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me that she found on my x-rays, while she was cleaning and even after to ensure all of my questions were answered. She is super knowledgeable and very thorough. She complimented previous dental work, which was nice to hear as a patient because you never really know what it's supposed to be like after.Then Dr. Lachot came in and was the icing on the cake to my appointment. He is very friendly, kind and also reviewed everything with me in detail and answered all of my questions. Together, they are a great team! I highly recommend Elevation Dental Group to ANYONE in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Prior to moving out East, I went to Marketplace Smiles at Desert Ridge and I can't believe I spent 13 years there, when I could have made this home!

I have a pretty bad dental phobia from bad experiences. I was referred to Dr. Lachot's office. I needed a couple of crowns. My appointments were with Dr. Loo. I can't say enough positive stuff about the man. I didn't feel the needle at all - and I needed quite a few shots. He has great bedside manner and is really friendly and attentive. They do excellent work. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and treated me like I had been a patient with them for decades. Excellent atmosphere and by far the best dentist I've ever been to!
