        Wow, I got a text message 2 days before my appointment telling me I had to pay for my upcoming cleaning and x-rays with no explanation, when I messaged back asking why and if they are no longer take my insurance they said, no they are out of network, wow would have been nice to know this sooner than 2 days before my appointment so I could find another dentist. On the hunt now for a new dentist with better communication.

      Unfortunately, insurance plans are constantly changing on us especially when a new year starts. We do ask that patients inform us of any changes, but sometimes they don't even know. We really do what we can to verify in advance using multiple software, and spending countless hours waiting on hold with insurance companies. I do wish we have the magical powers to know what every insurance plan will pay way in advance as well as our patients. I truly wish you the best. Dr. Tran
