I worked with attorney Josh Sene to have a warrant quashed, which stemmed from a 15 year old DUI case. He was so personable and kept me updated through the process. I only went with this law firm because I was told if there was no evidence besides the officers word for me getting pulled over and getting a DUI that the case would get dropped. 6 months later theres no evidence besides the officers word. And the best they can get me is the same deal as a public defender ? I was told from the person on the phone when I was calling around to hire a lawyer (not mentioning any names) that a $2,500 lawyer is equivalent to getting a public defender. Nice sales pitch lol.. I personally think unless you got into an accident in your DUI do not hire a private lawyer.
