David and his team were consummate professionals from start to finish. My tenant developed health issues and the hoarding was extreme. I contacted them on Thursday, they came out Friday & gave me a very reasonable quote. I signed immediately,they started on Monday and by the following Friday, all the carpets, baseboards and appliances were removed and the place was safe to enter. They are also great at documenting all their work and contacted me immediately with any questions. Deeply appreciated their speed, value and respect.

The pandemic really put me in a bad place. I became a hoarder and addicted to online ordering. I finally got to a point where I knew I needed help. With the help of a therapist, I reached out to TACT 48 and David called me immediately. His compassion with me on the phone call convinced me I did not need to call anyone else. I arrived home last night after the team completed cleaning out my house and felt like I was walking in for the first time again. Everything was so clean and the house smelled so fresh. They took great care with my belongings and so many little touches made a HUGE difference to me. Replacing lightbulbs I had bought but never got around to changing, kitchen cabinet doors were fixed, even my front porch and patio were cleaned up! I HIGHLY recommend TACT 48 for anyone who needs the help like I did! I dont have any before photos as I was too embarrassed to keep them on my phone but I am sharing the completed project!

Great experience using this company. We unfortunately had an incident where we ended up giving birth in the front seat of the car. Needless to say it was an a disaster up there. I called around to figure out how to handle the mess. TACT called be back first thing on a Sunday came to the hospital and took care of the car the same day. Worked with insurance as well. Made a crazy situation a lot less stressful.
