I wish we wouldve read the reviews before we decided to rent bikes for my son, my wife and myself. Unfortunately, our 3 bikes were stollen last evening while locked with a half inch cable lock that we were told was secure; only a pro would be able to cut that lock. Beware, whoever is capable of stealing locked bikes in a locked under ground parking garage is a serious criminal, and likely capable of physical, perhaps life threatening assault if theyre caught while in the act. Not only does my wife feel violated, we DO NOT FEEL SAFE and have cut our stay short to go to another property! You are foolish if you VRBO here as we did, youre throwing money away if you buy here, because this is obviously an ongoing problem and property values are going to be reduced as more word gets out.

A nice looking place inside and out, good amenities BUT, your car will be broken into while parked in a locked and gated underground garage where there are supposed cameras, 6 bikes have been stolen (Scottsdale Police reports filed) in the last 3 months alone, 1 bike rack off a persons car, 1 kayak and, lord knows what else. Management is inept or doesnt care because, with all this happening no warning signs have been posted either on the doors or in the HOA email, likely for fear of decreasing property value for residents. Buy or rent here if you want to feel violated.
