Purchased two handbags and although I love the bags, I wish the service was a little better. The sales associate seemed as if she was wanting to go home, she seemed bothered and not so willing to help.

Fantastic staff who were eager to help. I have gone into the store multiple times and always have a great experience. Ryan is awesome, went above and beyond to help me pick a bag out for my wife. Straight class!

This review not about the store but about the brand, I bought my bag from Italy, and after few month the logo start to peel, I contacted ysl they said it is been less than year and I am qualified for free repair, they asked me to send it to Scottsdale location, they received August 18 and told me 6-8 week for repair, and then 8-12 weeks, and I called they push me to 12-16 weeks and finally they said 6-8 month, I was very disappointed with the service from ysl, I never had such a bad experience with any designer bag I have, I had to wait till January 27 until I got it, any respectful company should offer replacement and not let me wait all this time, never gonna buy from YSL ever.

Beautiful store with good selection of mens shoes. They didnt have a pair I wanted but still had great experience and really attentive staff.

I must brag about these two girls at the store, Alexandra and Lorraina. I came in to pick up a bag that was getting serviced. They couldnt fix the bag, so the store exchanged it for a brand-new replacement! I was beyond excited, and those two girls made our visit GREAT. My friend even bought one while we were there.. Everyone at the store was kind, but these two girls went above and beyond!
