For context, I took this photo the Friday evening before CHRISTMAS. I had to buy a gift for my nephew and waited about an hour while shopping to see if they would open back up...they did not. I like this store, despite the steep prices and mediocre service/attention from the staff. I thought I would give them another chance when I went to the mall this past weekend and once again CLOSED for two hours on a weekend!!! Not sure who is running this place but it is an extremely unprofessional business.

Waited for an hour and ten minutes outside the shop to buy a gift and had to waste my Saturday afternoon (01/14). Extremely careless and unprofessional to leave a note when they know theyre going to take forever. Didnt even care to check if someone is waiting outside. Use to be a customer but never again!!!

Nice experience at Jacadi Scottsdale and the salesgirl was very helpful. The collection is absolutely awesome with various sizes and our nephews enjoy their New look.

I would like to thank the salesgirl for her precious help and advices. Large choices, colours and fit all ages. Really appreciate my shopping time at Jacadi Paris Scottsdale. My nephews look handsome
