A Caring Nanny, L.L.C.

We are so thankful to have been referred to A Caring Nanny and cant say enough wonderful things about Jenny and the entire process. More than a year ago we started what I thought would be an impossible task of finding someone to care for our little boy after I returned to work post maternity leave. Jenny made the process incredibly easy and explained everything along the way. She clearly has lots of experience with medical professional families and understood our childcare needs and schedules. She helped us through interviews and trial days and with choosing the correct person for our family. Ultimately Jenny found the perfect fit however multiple of the candidates we interviewed would have been great. One year later we could not be happier with our Nanny who has become so incredibly important to our family. Thank you!

I have used A Caring Nanny agency for the past 9 years. I have used other agencies in Arizona and none of them have provided the service and dedication to finding the right person for our family the way Jenny has. She truly takes the time to listen to your needs and makes the process of finding a nanny easier. She also vets each candidate thoroughly before sending their info to you and verifies they are capable of handling the position. Having worked with other agencies, I find her vetting process the most thorough and invaluable as I have had other agencies waste my time by sending me candidates who clearly were not suitable. As my son has grown, our needs have changed. For each stage of his life, she has found the perfect person to care for him when we are not available. Some of the nannies she has placed with our family have moved on but Jenny has done such a wonderful job placing them with us, they have become our family as well. Even though they are not working with us we all still remain close. This is how well A Caring Nanny matches families with their nannies. They do not just find a person to fill the position, they match you with someone who you will consider one of the family. In my years of experience working with different agencies, A Caring Nanny is by the far the best. I would never hesitate to call Jenny first when hiring a new nanny.

A Caring Nanny has been amazing to work with! Ive worked with Them for the past 3 years and have been so impressed with the detail and time they put towards each client and really listen and meet the needs of both the client and the employee. Wonderful experience start to finish! Found our Mary Poppins and Jenny was there every step of the way, guiding us through processes we didn't even know existed. From paid time off, to trial periods, there was so much to digest but I never felt overwhelmed or intimated thanks to her guidance. At first I thought I could do this on my own, find and hire a nanny for our family, but after having worked with A Caring Nanny, I would never search on my own again. Thank you Jenny, we love our new family member and she loves our children. You are the perfect matchmaker!

Ive used Jenny at A Caring Nanny now twice to help our family find the perfect nanny. The first time, Jenny worked very closely with me and also really cared to make sure the match between family and nanny was optimal. I was choosing between two candidates and Jenny helped me process through who would most likely be the better fit for us and she couldnt have been more right. The nanny she placed with us was with us for 2 years and she became part of our family. The second time we engaged Jenny is when our first nannys tenure was up and we were cutting back hours for our needs. We ended up selecting someone that had come from an internal reference. However, Jenny was awesome as she knew I still wanted a couple more candidates to bounce off the other candidate we found internally just to be sure. Jenny came through in her tight timeline and offered up some really great candidates again that made it more difficult for us to make our selection; which is always a great problem to have. I will certainly use Jenny at A caring nanny if I ever require additional support in the future. Professional and high quality service!
