I had a great experience with magic carpet. They came within a day of wanting service and gave me a very precise window of when they would arrive, and when they would be done. The person cleaning my carpet was so helpful and very polite. I will call again for future services.

I had Magic Touch out this morning to repair/patch two areas of my carpet where our new puppy had too much fun with. Riley was our technician and he was extremely professional and courteous in my house so much to where he genuinely cared when I mentioned my wife was asleep in another room due to working nights. He told me up front what to expect and he exceeded our expectations. Excellent experience with Magic Touch all the way around. Will be using them for any future repairs/cleanings.

Magic Touch Carpet Repair and Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our 4 bedroom house in Gilbert with high traffic dirt and pet stains, they were fast and the carpets look like new.

Magic Touch cleaned my couches and did an amazing job! The service was stellar, checking in with me on what I wanted and my thoughts on each piece. My couches look brand new, even the piece that is over ten years old!
