I have used Greg Chase with Carpet Chasers for 20 years. He always does an excellent job. Shows up on time. Respectful of property. Recently I had him also clean my tile and flagstone, in addition to the carpet, because of a lot of old pet stains. He got out stains that I had been looking at for a long time. Greg with Carpet Chase'rs saved us in a jam. We needed some carpet and upholstery cleaning done throughout our home on extremely short notice. When we called, he was able to squeeze us in the following day. While I wouldn't expect him to do that every time, he did and it was greatly appreciated.
