        They changed the type of car I had reserved to a smaller car and then lied and claimed that the car was the type I had reserved (the car I received is the example car for the smaller size). I was then charged 40% more than the quoted price for no stated reason.

        Charged me for a car seat they didnt have to give me. Promised to fix it but didnt. The best part was the guy that was working when I picked the car up couldnt be bothered to even go out and look at the car and its me.

        Really if the windows weren't smeared and we had to wipe them this would have been 5 stars. AARP special deal was wonderful.
