Verizon I've been with you before you were ever even Verizon over 31 years ago shame on you shame on you for not having not having enough people working one or two people in a store is ridiculous centering supposedly how big you are now you're the best third store that I've been to the last one was the Promenade and all I got was an interrogation what's wrong with your phone how long you had it let me get your name let me set you up no that's not how it should be we should be able to go in and if somebody is free they can help us but when there's only two people in the store big fail big big whale

We stopped by this store and were checked in. Once they found out that we wanted to switch our service from another carrier to Verizon and obtain a prepaid plan, we were told that they were closed and we had to go back the next morning. It was one hour before closing time. They asked us to leave. Once we left, they locked the door! We saw another gentleman outside who told us he was also asked to leave even though he was looking at phones. We also saw two other young ladies who were not able to get inside the store. This was 100% wrong and is not how you treat customers.
