I got my hair done right before a vacation and i was so excited to go blonde. I got my hair hair dyed blonde for the first time and paid $400 excluding tip. It looked so ashy and cool tones when I specifically said please stay far away from ashy tones and please keep my hair warm blonde. It didnt turn out how I wanted it and was so ashy but they did get it brighter. I came in the morning of my flight and asked them to fix it in which they toned it and it looked better. But the back of my head under the top layers are still brown. I personally dont think I should pay $400 and then a tip for them to not do exactly what I asked for. And now Im nervous to go back in or even ask to fix it since it would be my third time going. It looks like they missed a lot of coloring in the back and I wanted to be a bright warm blonde and came out looking brighter, but still ashy and still slightly brown. Take your money elsewhere and find someone who will do it right the first time!

Miranda is THE best!! She does my color and extensions, and I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair! My blonde is always perfect, and my extensions always blend with my real hair so seamlessly! I could not recommend her more!
