Brought my son for a walk in hair cut.There was no wait and Roman did an amazing job. His attention to detail really showed. My son and I both love what he did with our suggestions. Roman made some of his own and we went with since he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him.

This was my first time in the shop and last. Came in on Friday morning. There were 3 barbers and one customer in a chair. I wasnt greeted or welcomed, was given a hand gesture toward a chair. He asked how I wanted it cut and smugly laughed twice when I told what Id like. He actually asked if I normally get my hair cut at Great Clips. Its a pretty straightforward cut so he knew how to cut it and the cut looks decent. He didnt say a word to me during the cut while the other barber was having friendly conversation with his client. My barber seemed annoyed to have a customer. At the register he asked if Id like to be put in the system for next time. There definitely wont be a next time. I just came in today because I was in the area for work and the shop had good reviews. Ill keep giving my business to my normal place that cares about doing a good job and cares about customer service.
