I do not like to leave bad reviews but this bank needs to close and go back to the drawing board. I initially went here for a secured credit card and boy was that a mistake. They charge annual fees and many other banks do not. I called to make a payment and everything seemed to go well until 3 weeks later received a call stating they had a problem. This resulted in a massive point drop in my credit. 86 points to be exact. And at the time I was learning about credit. Had no idea that a business could cause that damage due to a " mistake " on their behalf. I will say thank you because of this I am a master at building credit...now. This bank stunted my credit growth by a whole year.

Amber from Acamedy Bank was so nice and respectful. Her costumer service was awesome. Definitely made my bank experience a breeze and so much more pleasant.

This bank has wonderful employees Alexa was very helpful behind the counter led me to the manager Nick who was very helpful on getting a loan for my new home I highly suggest these people they know exactly what you need and they don't give you the runaround
