First Convenience Bank

First the reviews from non customers are hilarious or blaming the bank for the company that prints checks delaying the order. All people do is complain about EVERYTHING. I have banked here almost 5 years. The branch personnel is very very helpful and friendly. They have upgraded their online banking and it is excellent. It gives the feel of a much more personal touck than many of the large banks The one thing that I wish they changed is how long they hold money from an online check deposit. While many banks are mostly next day FCB is not .

Asked me for a 1st Bank debit card just to get change for a $20, this bank location and/or the bank itself has some very unfriendly customer service policy. They're clearly not interested in acquiring new business or making a good first impression. Would never bank here.

Was running some errands about two years ago and wanted to exchange my multiple 20 dollar bills for a 100 dollar bill. Was using my cash as a gift and wanted one bank note instead of five. The First Convenience Bank Teller refused to help me because I did not have a checking account and was unable to open the drawer. She did not realize that the drawer was already open and she was counting money in front of me. Since then, I have opened checking accounts at two other local banks and never considered First Convenience. It is super ironic they have "Convenience" in their business name.

I went there today to withdraw money out of my account $1,500 was told that they don't have that much money on a Friday so I had to take $900 from the girls drawer then turn around and use the ATM. They said they were a low volume Branch that's why I didn't have that much Maybe have more cash available on a Friday most ridiculous thing in the world I ever heard to tell a customer they don't have $1,500 because they're a low volume branch
