I brought my 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue in because no other shops in the nearby area could determine what was specifically wrong.
After reading some reviews I was a little sceptical.
I am very happy to say in my experience these reviews DO NOT reflect the staff and how they turn the gears of this service department.
Ben Hyde in the service department is a perfect example of true quality customer service.
He made my experience streamlined & personalized to where I am in life.
This type of quality service is very hard to find & the team at Van Chevrolet know how to help & work with you for any & all problems.

**Update they did not help at all definitely stay away from buying a car or servicing a car here.
Very bad customer service, they dont answer phone calls and when they do they try to belittle you. Every time I have came in Ive had a bad experience. I will not be coming here any more.

This is the worst Chevy service dealership in the valley I maintain a fleet of equipment I sent a vehicle in with some issues they charged the GM but did not remedy the issues. This is the last time I bring a vehicle here.

Service got very good for a while but dropped again now. Recently lost my vehicle and kept me waiting for 30 minutes. Now not able to complete scheduled services.
