No one loves to shop (or pay for) insurance, but Dee Dee Landes at Greene Insurance really made the experience as pleasant as possible for me as I shopped for insurance. My previous insurance company had DRASTICALLY raised rates and I started the dreaded insurance shopping by reaching out to about 8 different companies. While 7 of them actually got back to me the response from Dee Dee was far and away the one that impressed me the most. Greene Insurance Group deals with a number of difference insurance companies and Dee Dee took the time to ask me (via email and phone) a lot of questions to be able to best understand my insurance needs and to seek out the best coverage and prices for me. No two insurance company products are the same and Dee Dee took a lot of time to help me understand how to best compare the policies "apples to apples" as much as possible. She spent the time to offer me multiple different options along with the pros and cons of each. Besides being extremely thorough, Dee Dee was such a joy to talk with - super pleasant and fun!! She kept in touch appropriately via emails (with a fun touch of humor in each) and helped guide me through the process of selecting and purchasing my new policies. The option I chose was not the cheapest of the ones I received from the companies I reach out to, but it offered me the best coverage for my needs and based on my interactions with Dee Dee I felt very comfortable that she would be be able to help me anytime with questions or issues that I may have. Dee Dee's assistance, helpfulness, super positive attitude, communications, and patience was a HUGE part of my decision to move all of my insurance coverage to Greene Insurance Group.
