We were so extremely fortunate to have connected with Candice and the entire staff! Their sincere dedication, heartfelt caring and efficiency was very evident, not to mention their professionalism. They went into overdrive to accomplish our goal in a very short amount of time. I would most highly recommend them and give more than 5 stars if possible!

I had have a unfortunate situation that landed on my lap sad ,stressful, awful situation. My mom ended up having dementia and some mental health issues, and she needed my help . I didn't know where to go where to turn to. Goggle was not really giving the help I needed. Unfortunately I had to take my mom to the emergency room to get the help. She has several health issues some dementia at a UTI. The hospital case manager very nice gentleman. I regret not getting his name... He handed me a stack of paperwork to get my mom so help. At the last page of paperwork there was a paper that said: SENIOR CARE AZ. Call Candice Dutton case manager. Thank God I did.. I can not say enough words about this amazing phenomenal person. She is and she knows her job inside and out.She held my hand through this unfortunate situation sad stressful overwhelming . I had no idea what to do or to say to get some help. CANDICE DUTTON. She helped to get a power of attorney she helps me get all my paperwork in order she helped to get my mom and health insurance for long-term care she helped me find assistant living home for my mom. Affordable too so worth it. Candice Dutton from SENIOR CARE AZ. You have such a nice caring voice , you have empathy. Compassion. It's a very overwhelming situation. Thank you, Thank you soooooo much for hold my hand through this process. But she's also going to stay connected with me for 45 days to help me to get my mom's health insurance for long-term care that's amazing that's so freaking awesome. Thank so much.

I used Senior Care for placement for my adult son. Becky was the rep that helped me out. She was very kind and compassionate. She did an awesome job. I highly recommend Senior Care you will get quality service this company is amazing. If I have any questions or concerns they continue to try to help me through the process. One major aspect of patient care is advocacy. Becky is an exceptional advocate not only for patients but their families as well. She goes above and beyond at answering questions, offering emotional support and connecting the families with all the resources necessary for a successful transition into a new home. Beckys efforts dont cease here- she follows up months later with the patients and families to ensure things are going well in the new home theyve been placed into.
